You are so used to putting on a mask that you've forgotten who you really are. You know life isn't supposed to feel so hard, but you don't know what to do to make it feel good again. On paper, you have it all. And yet, it all feels so empty. Therapy can help you begin to take that masks off and figure out who you have always been.
